When required information is complete, AI assembles requested privileges, supporting evidence, and the review summary into a committee package. Coordinators review it before routing.
01 / AI-PREPARED COMMITTEE PACKAGES
Bring requested privileges, credentials, training, case volume, and supporting evidence together. Once the required information is complete, AI prepares the committee package and review summary for your coordinator to check and route.
01
Check readiness before assembly
Connect each requested privilege to its supporting evidence. Surface missing information and conditions before the application moves to committee review.
02
Resolve gaps through Safe
Request missing documents from the clinician through Safe. New evidence returns to the application so package preparation can move forward.
03
AI assembles the review package
Organize the complete file, privilege requests, supporting documents, and summary into a committee-ready package. Preserve the review baseline and make later amendments visible.
02 / THE COMMITTEE WORKSPACE
Review the prepared package on your own schedule or meet in a synchronous video committee session. Both paths keep the evidence, confidential comments, and recommendations connected to the applicant file.
01
Asynchronous review
Assign reviewers and due dates. Committee members examine the package, leave confidential comments, and submit recommendations without waiting for a meeting.
02
Video committee review
Meet on the platform with the applicant files in context. Meeting transcription captures the discussion and supports preparation of a draft decision for each file.
03
Confidential, secure discussion
Keep comments and committee discussion in a secure workspace for authorized participants. Track questions, recommendations, conflicts of interest, and recusals with the review.
03 / DRAFT DECISIONS. HUMAN OVERSIGHT.
Turn meeting discussion and review inputs into draft decisions assigned to the corresponding applicant files. Coordinators and the chair review the transcript, evidence, proposed outcome, and conditions before confirming the record.
01
A draft for each applicant
Attach the proposed outcome, rationale, and any conditions to the right file, alongside the transcript and supporting evidence. Drafts remain clearly identified.
02
Coordinator and chair review
Review and edit each draft, resolve ambiguities, and confirm that the decision accurately reflects the committee’s findings. AI-generated drafts do not finalize privileges.
03
Carry the decision forward
Route confirmed recommendations through organizational ratification. Keep the final decision, privilege list, conditions, and expiration date connected to the provider record.
Support temporary and provisional pathways with designated sign-offs and later ratification. When an application is denied, retain the rationale and route the organization’s follow-up process with its decision record.
04 / CONNECTED REAPPOINTMENT
Prepare renewal drafts from the existing record. Reuse valid verification artifacts, refresh changed or stale information, and ask the provider to review the differences through Safe.
01
Review the changes
Bring updated credentials, provider attestation, case logs, and FPPE / OPPE information into the renewal packet.
02
Route the right review
Support a consent-agenda path for clean files and a fuller review when flags or changes need attention.
03
Connect Continuous Monitoring
Bring expiration signals and new flags into renewal or focused review through the separate Continuous Monitoring add-on.
